Subject: ASCC Lot 2 Evaluation
Importance: High
Each
Many thanks for your support to date on the ASCC Lot 2 evaluation. We
have done well so far and have close to 50 evaluators from the clinical/ nhs
field coming to Leeds over a 5 week period to help. Most of them thanks
to the contacts you have provided for me.
That's said ( and didn't you know there would be a catch?!) we still
have gaps in the following areas which are proving very difficult to fill
*Ambulance
*hospice
*Path and Labs
*screening and surveillance
*child health
*theatres
We have put a call out to ambulance colleagues and hopefully will get
folks from there but the other 4 are proving more difficult
I wonder if you can help...
For hospice services we expect a lower number of bids and I think these
could be looked at over 2 days anytime between 28/1 and 29/2
For path and labs we expect a high number and think this will need up to
4 folks for 2 days each or 2 folks for 3 days each. We have nearly secured
1 person but as these are critical systems I wonder if there is any chance
someone from requirements may be released to support this. We would pay
any backfill costs you may have etc. WENDY - as Payam and Richard lewis were
involved in the writing of the Statement of Requirements I wonder if
there is any chance we could secure them fpor a couple of days ...the Southern
Pan SHA is very unrepresented??? If not can anyone help
For screening and surveillance we expect a number of bidders and again
think this will take 3 days each of 2 peoples time of 2 days each of 4
peoples. I may be able to do some of this evaluation but will be slightly tied up
running the whole process so would prefer if we had dedictaed
evaluators.
Any chance of someone from Mikes requirements team? Split days and great
felxibility are available
For child health we just need 1 more person for up to 3 days---we have
some contacts but again any help would be appreciated
And for theatres as above we need 1 more person for up to 3 days
I would be very grateful if you could help at all
Sorry to keep bothering and many thanks
Beki Ruban
