Like many organisations out there we are looking towards our EDRMS.
Obviously in order to create our file plan we need to know what records
(types) we have and then obtain all relevant metadata.
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share, if you have one, a
copy of a questionnaire/ the questions you used to gather this type of
information from staff- so, how did you manage to drag out what you
needed??
