NEWS ARTICLE
eTEN project of the year 2007 elected (22 January 2008)The Helping
Answers Decision Service (HANDS) project has been elected as the eTEN
Project of the year 2007 in an online public voting open at ePractice.eu
between 21 December 2007 and 21 January 2008. This result reflects the
consortium's capabilities to communicate the project's goals and
achievements in a clear manner. It also underlines the usability of the
project website. Second came eBooks on Demand (EOD / DoD) while EUropean
PAYment circuit (EU Pay) was third. The eTEN European Community
programme supported the deployment of trans-European e-services in the
public interest. Since 2004, the programme has featured a project each
month and organised an online election for selecting the Project of the
Year at the end of each year.
