so I guess you did not make a mistake because [2 1; 2 2] should produce
[ 2 1
2 2 ]
which should be correct.
Thus back to your original question I'm not sure why you don't see all the
columns. Perhaps if you had multiple subjects you specified one incorrectly.
If you still see the error doing it your original way could you please email
me the batch file off list (remember to change the file extension to
something else such as man or ma because I use outlook which thinks all .mat
files are viruses.
