The French Translation says something about my semantic critique of the social model n'est ce pas?
What does deficiences connote in French that it does not in English, is this a possible direct
translation for impairment given that empairer is almost cognate with the active sense of the verb
to disable?
Of course the problem is there in English too for one can impair, but can one, in either French or
English or other latinate tongue, deficienciate (drawing from differentiate as a model)
I suppose from an experimental perspective this observation tells you something about my selective
attention in that I saw the linguistic inconsistency as the most important thing to comment on, the
forthcoming congratulations being by the by :)
