***APOLOGIES FOR RECEIPT OF DUPLICATE POSTINGS***
Colleagues/
On behalf of Peter Johan Lor, DPhil, Secretary General, International
Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), I invite
your participation in an assessment of the IFLA website (IFLANET)
[ http://www.ifla.org/ ].
A brief SurveyMonkey survey is available at
[ http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=su643hdiQamOjbmWky8mBw_3d_3d ]
[NOTE: This is same survey as previously posted but a new Web address]
The survey requests user feedback on overall satisfaction with the
IFLA Website as well as the relative degree to which users are satisfied
with the ability to navigate the site; the accessibility of information;
and the organization of the Website information.
In addition, current (and future) users are asked to rate their
interest in the incorporation of various Web 2.0 technologies within a
future version of the site ( blogs, podcasts/ vodcasts, RSS/Webfeeds,
social book marking, social networking services, wikis).
Individuals are also requested to rate their interest of other
potential future enhancements (e.g., IFLA newsletter(s) availability;
ability to update one*s personal directory data/information; ability
to renew membership; ability to vote and nominate in IFLA elections,
etc.)
The Nine (9)-Question Survey should take no more than 10-15 minutes to
answer; We would appreciate completion of the survey
***no later than Friday, January 25 2008 ***.
