Mark, my opinion is that it makes absolutely no difference what people
think if they don't speak up. they're free to think what they like,
certainly, but if no one knows about it, it can't be relevant,
especially in a cooperative, interactive context like this list. we
should only be interested in the people who have a say AND use it.
we're not psychic after all (and my 'most' comment was related indeed
to the people who had/have deigned to reply).
