May i suggest joining JISC-REPOSITORIES if you haven't already done so
You may also find the project website for RSP http://www.rsp.ac.uk/index has
some useful advice.
What software do you use?
E-Prints
How easy is it to use?
I have only just started working with it and have found it easy to learn,
although it doesn't do 100% of things we would like it to at the moment, but
then nothing is ever perfect!
What do you use it for?
University of Nottingham has several repositories. E-Prints, E-theses and
Dissertations which all run on E-prints software
How much content do you have in your repository?
Just under 400 in our e-print repository and 155 in our e-theses repository
