Why are people so frightened of charging patients? IMHO the law is quite
explicit that you may not charge for any service provided by the NHS. If
Gardasil is not available on the Nash then you can charge. What you
want. You are a businessman - work out what the price is, what your
mark-up has to be, and display the cost to the patient in advance.
