What Numaris / Syngo version are you running on? Prior to VA21 or something like that you had to recompile or do two run for pahse / mag.

We know about that, but what about saving the phase at the same time? This is what we were having difficulty with.

Getting the Siemens 3T Trio to save the magnitude images is a checkbox in the protocol... just flip through the tabs until you see a "save magnitude images" box. It will give you two volumes of magnitude images, one for each TE, although I'm not exactly sure that fugue needs these mag images at all. At least, that's what it does on our Trio. Does anybody have any good ideas about what the UNITS are on these phase field maps (3T Trio)?

Which field map protocol is it? We have been having some difficulty getting the phase and magnitude saved with the standard sequence.

Hi,
I am writing to request help with using Siemens Trio field map in FUGUE.
There is a Siemens filed mapping protocol that provides two image files.
The
first looks like a field map image, while the second looks like a magnitude image. However, when I submit these files to FUGUE via the MELODIC gui the results are strange, (It appears as if the brain is on fire!).
I am encouraged by a report that something very similar has been done

I would be grateful for any insights!
