Hi - TBSS doesn't use the Jacobian (that would be a very BAD thing to
do to FA data)
To create the Jacobian you would need something like:
$FSLDIR/bin/DR/jacobian <targetimage.hdr> <jacobian_output.hdr>
<warpfield.dof>
