I am having problems applying the fieldmap correction to some DTI and fMRI
data. I followed the instructions in the FSL fugue/prelude documentation and
made sure that when the data was collected it was in the appropriate units.
When I apply the fieldmap, using fugue, to the fMRI data, there is no
noticeable change. The intensity values and images look the same. Possibly
because the fieldmap is at 128x128 and the fMRI is at 64x64?
When I apply the fieldmap to the DTI data it wipes out the data. I tried
this using both BETed and non-BETed DTI data. I also BETed the phase maps to
mask the outside noise.
Attached, is a .jpg of what happens to the DTI data. I used the non-BETed
data and the BETed fieldmap for this, that way there is actually something
to see, else it would just be black.
Anybody have any ideas about what is going on?
