hello nobu,
i am far from an expert on this, but haven't seen any other replies,
so i will do my best...
i know that you created the symbolic links in question, but did you
test them to see that they work? i.e. if you do an ls -al in /usr/
local/sge-6/lib/darwin/ do you see the links pointing to the /sw/lib/
directory?
are the permissions set so that you can access these files?
is your only problem with qmon, or do you get similar errors using
the other tools (for instance what result do you get from qstat -f )
are you running this on a cluster of servers or are you just trying
to get FSL to use multiple processors on one server?
hope this is some help to you,
-lokke
