Hi
I'm wondering how to tell whether it would be best to run flame1+2 vs.
flame1. The tooltips say that if "the FEAT logs indicate a large difference
between the stage 1 and stage 2 estimations (or, for example, the final
thresholded zstat image looks "speckled" this is an indication that your
data is highly non-Gaussian..."
In my simple minded approach of looking through the logs there isn't a line
that says "stage 1 vs. stage 2 estimation" so how does one tell if there is
a large difference between the estimation stages. The flame1+2 analyses
definitely shows more activations than flame1 alone, but this my visual
assessment not something I found in the logs. Is this what is meant by a
difference? The zstat images don't seem speckled by the way.
thanks,
darren
