Hi,
I ran fslhd on both the files, and it came out perfectly. An example is below.
The images were originally in ANALYZE format, and had already been processed
using mcflirt and betall. They were converted to nifti using fslchfiletype.
Melodic failed in the same manner on the .img files as well.
