hello alessio,
i'm hardly an expert on this, but i will try to help with some basic
troubleshooting (don't worry about your english, i'm sure it's better
than my italian!)
it's not clear from your email if you have installed the SGE (sun
grid engine) in addition to FSL. if not, then that has to be your
next step in the process.
if you have installed it, what is the output if you type the
following at the command prompt:
qstat -f
