It depends on your sequence.
If it consists of equally spaced lines in k-space then you can
apply FUGUE but you need to make the dwell time equal to
the time between the acquired lines divided by n+1 where
n in the number of lines skipped. That is, if you get every
2nd line (i.e. skip alternate lines), divide the time by 2, whereas
if you get every 3rd line (skipping 2 lines) then divide by 3.
If the sequence acquires lines with different spacings (e.g.
it acquires more lines in the centre of k-space) then the
distortions no longer adhere to the simple model used by
FUGUE and you cannot use this method.
