I've put a new version of fslmachtype.sh on my website:
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/~duncan/fslmachtype.sh
This fixes the error message (which is only a warning and has no knock
on effect). This new version will stop this error message appearing
whenever you login/open a terminal.
To install, download the file to the 'fsl' user's desktop then issue
the following commands.
su -
(log in with the root password)
cp ~fsl/Desktop/fslmachtype.sh /usr/local/fsl/etc/fslconf/
exit
New shells should then no longer give the error.
I'll get this incorporated into the next release whenever that may be.
