Hi-
I am currently processing some DTI data, and I am finding that when I skip
field map correction via fugue, my FA vales are a lot larger (.78 vs.
1.00) in some regions of the brain, although not consistently. This
increase in FA value is more tons In addition, the DTI images do not look
distorted when fugue is not used. Has anyone had a similar experience?
Anyone have a suggestion on if I should or should not field map correct my
data before running programs like TBSS?
I'm not sure if it matters but we are using a 3T Siemens scanner for data
acquisition.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
