Interesting point Thomas - I contacted CILIP to ask if my (very high)
annual subscription covers access to Project Muse. I will let you know
if they respond positively.

The problem is, we do not have access to it. I have no idea what
Project Muse is and how to gain access. The page says, see the
librarian. I can, I am sure, find out more about Project Muse, but I
doubt very much we will be able to join. Maybe someone had loan
capabilities?

Subject: Interesting article on Evidence Based Library Management
You may find the following article interesting - it brings together the
themes of "Evidence Based" and "Assessment" as already explored by Jim
Self, Steve Hiller, Pam Ryan to name but a few.

I found it particularly interesting because it comes to "Evidence Based
Library Management" via "Evidence Based Management" not EBLIP - almost
as if it is completely oblivious of the existence of the EBL paradigm!
