Hello
In 'Occupational Health at Work Oct/Nov 07' there's an article by Diana
Kloss which relates to the law and contracts. One comments she states is
"There is no legal obligation on a job applicant to volunteer to the
prospective employer the fact they have a medical disability or have been
in prison".
Does this extend to the OH health declaration questionnaire as well?
Because if it does surely it makes the whole pre-employment process from an
OH perspective pointless.
Have I mis-read this?
For those of you with a copy its on Page 37.
Look forward to hearing from you
Regards
Glenn
