Hi all,
Some local users are experiencing problems when submitting jobs with
some lcg-RBs (e.g. the default ones in lxplus). Indeed, I see that they
seem not to match the close SE properly.
For the following JDL:
[lxplus231.cern.ch] ~ > cat test.jdl
executable="/bin/hostname";
Requirements = (( Member("dcache.rcac.purdue.edu" ,
other.GlueCESEBindGroupSEUniqueID)));
I get:
[lxplus231.cern.ch] ~ > edg-job-list-match --vo cms test.jdl
Selected Virtual Organisation name (from --vo option): cms

But:

- lepton.rcac.purdue.edu:2119/jobmanager-pbs-cms_grid
- osg.rcac.purdue.edu:2119/jobmanager-condor-cms

I have verified that for the BDII that the RB used, lcg-info retrieved
the close SE correctly, so the problem is not the information system,
but its parsing or something like that:
[lcg04] add_nodes_to_pbs $ lcg-info --bdii exp-bdii.cern.ch:2170 --vo
cms --list-ce --attrs "CE,CloseSE" --query
CE="osg.rcac.purdue.edu:2119/jobmanager-condor-cms"
- CE: osg.rcac.purdue.edu:2119/jobmanager-condor-cms
- CE osg.rcac.purdue.edu:2119/jobmanager-condor-cms
- CloseSE dcache.rcac.purdue.edu
I have also tried with other SEs and all fail. Also, if I include some
other requirements in the JDL (like software tag, CE name, etc.), they
seem to work OK; only the closeSE fails...
This seem really strange to me (that's why I ask here instead of GGUS).
Am I the only one seeing this? The lcg-RBs are supposed to work still,
right?
Maybe I'm doing something really stupid...
Any help will be appreciated.
Cheers,
Antonio.
