Dear FSL Community!
We are truing to optimise out Philips dti scan protocol. The main question
is how to introduce more b=0 images in a scanning session. The standard
Philips protocol is to takes only one b=0 and 32 diffusion weighted images….
There are no possibilities to input this parameter. Otherwise it would be a
possibility to input the directions manually, but there are also no chance
to set the number of b=0, or would it work if you introduce 0,0,0?
Otherwise takes the scanner preparations at the begining of each scan
session - so it would be possible that the b=0 images are slight
different... whow bad it is??
I would be very grateful for every help!
With gratitude in advance
Sincerely
Sergiu
