Hmm - I fear this is not okay. The attached figures show the original
spectrum with a peak and then the new spectrum and peak. The spectra
overlay perfectly (in fact if both are on at the same time you can't see
the second, because the first one is drawn directly on top of it). But
the peak has definitely moved both in terms of the z-plane and the xy
position. I used reproduce peaks rather than clone peaks. And I am
fairly sure that the original peak was at the peak maximum position. Any
ideas what is causing this?
