do you know of any data on the following:
* Distribution of (total) distance travelled per person per year
(e.g. how many people travel over 10,000miles per year, how many less
than 200 mile etc. Ideally as a statistical distribution). Primarily I'm
looking for UK data, but anything else would be interesting.
