It's true that there isn't a prize involved now. The RSA Factoring
Challenge - http://www.rsa.com/rsalabs/node.asp?id=2092 - isn't active,
as of earlier this year.

Speaking personally, I would prefer it if jobs run under the biomed VO
were biomed jobs, and not 'pure computer science research'. There's an
element of trust here.
