Here here. But the RB, as I understand it, has made painfully slow
progress and the politics of "task allocation and responsibility" mean
that no one (outside the original RB team) really have a budget or
mandate to improve it (or throw it out and start over again). I would
genuinely love to be shown wrong on this point.
Faced with a broken system which you aren't allowed to replace or fix,
experiments did what they could, which in this case is the pilot job system.
