Hello Jan

I am in my first year of studying for a PhD in the music dept of Glasgow University. Hopefully I am going to be looking at the independent music scene in Glasgow from 1979 onwards.

I am interested in the book on Los Angeles by Catherine Parsons Smith. At the moment I am also working my way through the basic texts - so I would also be interested in reviewing the Shuker book. When you say a short note - how many words would you be looking for?

My address is Flat 3, 179 Wilton Street, Glasgow G20 6DF.

Thanks

Robert Anderson
