Hello,
My name is Chris Berthelsen and I am currently a post-graduate research
student at the Graduate School of Commerce and Management at Hitotsubashi
University in Tokyo, Japan.
Very briefly, as part of my research programme in knowledge
management/innovation/creativity I am looking at undertaking two projects;
(1) A study of communication/interaction (possibly linking to creativity)
and space in a research park/facility here in Japan, and (2) A study looking
at 'loose space' usage and Space Syntax measures (as part of a broader
research agenda concerning knowledge transformation and creativity in
cities) in the context of a part of urban Tokyo.
I would like to utilise the Space Syntax methodolgy in the studies, but have
no prior experience with the software or methods and so am hoping to be
able to collaborate with someone who has experience in this area and is
interested in doing some cross-cultural practical research.
Any interested parties, please contact me at [log in to unmask] for
further information/discussion.
Thank you all for your time in reading this,
Kind Regards,
Chris Berthelsen
MEXT Scholar, Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo, Japan.
