Cardiff School of Engineering's Institute of Medical Engineering and Medical Physics is holding it's
annual public Christmas lecture, being given this year by Professor David Delpy FRS. Professor Delpy
is the Chief Executive of the EPSRC, and was recently awarded the prestigious Franklin Medal by the
Institute of Physics for his pioneering development of a range of novel techniques and instruments
to monitor the health of patients in intensive care units and to image tissue physiology and
metabolism.
This event is open to everyone.
