Yes, this is how it is supposed to work until 64 bit CE is released (which is
far, far in the future - still SL4 32bit CE is being worked on).
The only importany thing is to use the same version of batch system on CE and
WNs (of course, compiled for the proper OS). If you are using torque/maui, you
might find this repository (maintained by Steve Traylen) useful:
