There's a good review at

There appear to be two USB ports and a slot for an SD memory card on
the side of the machine. Or you can transfer files through a wireless
network.
The main drawbacks people are mentioning are the small keyboard size
and the small 7" screen. It sounds as though the keyboard is cramped
compared to a normal sized one, but much easier to use than the
"keyboards" on most portable devices (PDAs).
The small screen size can be partly compensated for by adjusting the
font size from 10 to 8. There have been rumours of a model with a 10"
screen waiting in the wings, but this article
http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2007/11/15/asus_on_10in_eee_pc/ suggests
that it will be a long wait.
It won't run Windows applications unless you install Windows XP on it
instead of the Linux OS that it comes with. You would get better
performance sticking with LInux and Linux applications. However it
might be possible to install Crossover Linux which allows you to run
certain Windows apps pretty well under Linux (earlier versions of
Office, Quicken).
I am certainly very keen to buy one. I can see it would be useful for
taking notes in meetings and lectures, and dealing with email whenever
I am within reach of a wifi signal. I think it is better seen as a big
PDA rather than a small laptop.
