33% salt in water.
For a vaccine fridge you want a more dilute solution, with a slush
point just above the proper working temperature of the freezing
compartment.
If you have a fridge with no freezing compartment - "special" for
vaccines perhaps - then you can't do that at least until the power
goes off. Pity.
I did look at freezing mixtures with slush ranges of 2-8 degrees, but
they are all organic AFAICS, and it was more fiddly than I cared to go
on with.
