The first part of any report would detail what you noted that your
patient told you, and what you noted to be the findings on
examination. Stroppy barrister is not in a position to challenge
these.
The second part of any report would be your opinion as a GP without
special expertise in Occupational Health, and clearly marked as such.
Slim pickings here for stroppy barrister. Before it got anywhere near
Court there would be expert reports by expert Occupational Health
docs, at which point you defer graciously to their more expert
opinion.
