You are able to Set a default Set Up for your practice but also able to
change the Items shown on the Clinical Tree for individually. For
example so Clerical staff only have limited number of options shown on
the tree (according to there need) Administrators can of course limit
the availability of functions through the User Setup function. You may
find you will have to fiddle a bit at first till you find a set up that
suits.

Can you give us some idea of the degree of flexibility? Does it simply
offer
options that are only appropriate to the user currently logged in, for
instance, or is the entire appearance and functionality configurable by
user, whatever their status?

One advantage of S1 is that you can configure screens as you want them
it is
a very flexible system.

we r undergoing training for S1 and going live in 2 weeks. What r your
clinical experience of it? Initial impressions seem that it is excellent
for
admin but the screen is too busy, confusing and clinicians have problems
navigating quickly around it during a consultation.
