There are fresh outbreaks of fantasy and confusion, as there are from
time to time when the organisation[1] of the NHS is broken up and
thrown together again, and commuter registration will probably founder
on the same logical analysis as previous outbursts of irritation from
London-based workers have.
However, a thought occurs to me...
Inner city practices in at least some areas are said to be difficult
to continue, and therefore may become available.
Acquire one, and run the two ends, one in commuterville, and one in
Metropolis as a single partnership and practice.
No need for dual registration.
The administrative organisation of a practice which extends over more
than one PCT has been managed elsewhere already, and in nay case is
neither our, nor a continuing[2] problem.
Next, centralisation of specialties and railway revitalisation: the
hospital out-patient train.
[1] "" ha!
[2] since whatever it is only lasts 3-5 years, why bother.
