This paper is designed to provide any NHS Leader with a practical summary of a key Health Informatics topic. Denis wrote it on behalf of the NHS Faculty of Health Informatics. In it he identifies key features and learning points from the implementation of single care record approaches in Sweden, Hong Kong, Andalusia and the Veterans' Health Association in the USA. Openness and the Freedom of Information Act for you to provide me with a
copy of this document.
