I'm in EoE - second lowest funding per head, and lowest projected
surplus.
Bedfordshire is still below fair shares (although admittedly much less
than we used to be!)
I don't want to carp, but it does look as though the SHAs with high
deprivation have some problems in spending their allocations on the
populations they are supposed to be serving..
