I've been playing around with bedpostx on SGE recently, and unless I'm
misunderstanding something, it seems that the queue names must be changed in
multiple files, not just fsl_sub. The additional files are:
runfsl
bedpostx_preproc.sh
bedpostx_postproc.sh
Just search for "short.q" and you'll see the instance in each file that
should be changed. This is particularly relevant for Emory's new cluster,
since it will error if the script requests anything other than "all.q" or
"long.q."
