Myself I haven't tried SGE on gutsy (I might this afternoon if I get
some time!) but like FSL, SGE is very picky with its architecture
types.
What does /usr/sge/util/arch return for you?
In the past when this happens and I think it should work I have just
modified this script to suit. generally it is a case of uname not
returning what the SGE arch script expects.
