It sounds like your slice offset values might be different. Certain scanners
store a scale factor in a private dicom header fields to get back to the
uniform volume.
If that isnt the case, there is little you can do about this issue.

My structural T1 images are acquired sagittally (MPRAGE). The brightness
is very different among slices. So These images looks like strip on axial
plane.
After performing nonlinear noise reduction (with 3D and other default
option), noise was reduce within same slice but not among slices.
Could you have any comment to reduce the difference in brightness
(inhomogeneity?) among sagittal slices?
