It went further, but here is the new error message when clicking on
"design":
an't unset "bhInfo(pending)": no such element in array

"unset bhInfo(pending)"
(procedure "balloonhelp_show" line 34)
invoked from within
"balloonhelp_show .wdialog1.btns.b.view"
("after" script)
It did, however, generate the design graphics though.
