I see from the latest alert that ICO have issued some useful guidance
on access to education records. HOWEVER it does state that parents
can access a child's records up to the age of 12. I seem to remember
that the Education Acts permit a parent access to education records up
to 16 and the Learning Skills Acts evn up to 19 in some cases or is
this just a case of my memory playing tricks??
