I have just been contacted by a Day Care Centre for adults with physical
and learning disabilities. They are thinking of converting and old admin
office into an internet cafe for the service users, some of whom are
wheelchair users.
Apart from the obvious (door widths, manoeuvring space), what other things
should they be taking into consideration?
