bruce....we will be certainly breaking the 'law' by putting papers on the
web....but certain laws should not left unchallenged....
justus....antipode moved to a commercial publishers after years of collaborative
work between faculty and grad students in clark (and with lots of volunteer help
from non-clark faculty and students)....none of which were paid for in any
way....finally it fell to phil o'keefe to move antipode out of the basement of
clark to blackwell....in fact i was reading the ruminations of all the past
editors of antipode on their website yesterday....
