My apologies... I guess I haven't re-read the FAQ in a while; and I
could have sworn that the distances command didn't work in 0.3.1...
either way, I'm happy again.
BTW, is there any way to fix the "next residue" logic to simply skip
over missing waters? It seems to have some difficulty if the current
water is deleted, then I hit space bar, but the next water in sequence
isn't available. If I'm just walking though the chain without edits,
it's fine?
