Whatever you choose, it will need tweeked and fettled to suit your purpose.
The question comes down to what CMS provides the greatest amount of
functionality for you defined requirements, and of that set, which
one(s) do you have code-monkeys with the appropriate skills?
If you are not careful, you can end up with a system that fulfills 90%
of your requirements, but then need to spend many months trying to learn
how the thing works so you can add in the last 10%
Much better to have a code-monkey who can take something that matches
50% of your requirements, who is familiar with the underlying
technologies of the CMS, and can then produce something that matches
your requirement in a few weeks
