Hi folks
We've been asked to look at carrying out usability testing and I'm looking for some info from anyone who's already done this, eg:
How many participants did you recruit, and how did you go about it?
If you did testing in-house, what equipment did you use? How did you capture the data? Is there anything you wish you'd had access to?
If you used external consultants, what was your experience?
Any examples of stuff you've fixed as a result of the process?
Cheers
David
