Dear FSL experts,
I am going to use TBSS and probtrackx on my data on premature children,
and I have some questions concerning the neurological and radiological
orientations:
I first convert my DICOM images to nifti files, and then merge them into
one 4D file (because I have several averages) in FSL with fslmerge -t.
At this point, they are still neurological images.
1. Is it best to do the convertion from neurological to radiological at
this point, and then proceed with my further FSL analysis, eddy correct
and dtifit?
2. Or should I wait with the convertion to the radiological convention
after the dtifit?
3. Does the convertion from neurological to radiological convention
affect the bvecs file that I have to use when I use the dtifit?
Best regards,
Live Eikenes.
