Two Tenure-Track-Professors for Handicap Research (economics and
business administration)
Successful applicants for the position in business administration have a
research focus either in leadership, organizational behaviour or
organisational psychology with a special focus on diversity issues or
related fields. Successful applicants for the position in economics have
a research focus in empirical labour or health economics or in related
fields. They hold a PhD in Economics, business or a related field and
have already a proven research record. They are prepared to build up the
new field of Handicap Research in its relation to the traditional fields
in economics and business mentioned above. In addition, they manage to
fruitfully combine academic excellence with practical relevance in their
work. Women are particularly encouraged to apply. Physically handicapped
persons will be favoured if they are equally qualified.
